What about Sentimental Items & other items that I don’t want to part with ?

Be assured we will never pressure you to let go of things that are important to you, and we know that it’s often difficult to know what to keep and what to recycle. We will help you find the items that really matter to you and find a way to care for them and store them properly.
How Long will it take?
This depends on you and your home. While we aim to do a single room in an afternoon but it really depends on the size of the room and the clutter involved. After a full in person assessment we will be able to give you a clear idea and a quote.
Will I be involved?
Yes. This is your home and your possessions. You will make all the major decisions.
Should I clean and tidy before you get here?
No need. Its best for us to see your house as it really is and how the space is used so we can come up with a plan for organising.
Do I need to buy anything?
Please have typical cleaning products available.
What about the Environment?
We like to Recycle & Repurpose as many things as possible. We may repurpose some items to create more storage. Anything we agree to remove from your home will either be donated to charity or sent for recycling.
Will you take my clutter to the tip / charity shop?
If you do not have your own transport please let us know at the time of booking, and we can discuss the options available. Additionally I can provide a list of local charity shops for you, many of which offer a pick up service.
What about Insurance?:
Clutter Free and Organised has Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
