#1 Mr. Clean Magic Eraser:  Splash out and get the Mr. Clean Brand. The cheaper ones are not worth it. This is the only product placement you will get … Promise! In England these are difficult to get hold of, and I am sorry to say the copycat brands are not as good. If you are in the UK and you cannot get the Mr Clean version, then I recommend the Doctor Power brand (available on Amazon).

These amazing sponges can remove scuff marks, drink stains, pen & crayon marks. They can also clean a variety of surfaces including delicates like leather. They also do a remarkable job on sinks and remove soap scum from tubs and tile. They work without the need for additional cleaners and can remove almost any type of marks or dirt.

#2 Microfibre Cloths:  These can hold up to eight times their weight in water and can even absorb oil. Because they are made of very fine fibres they leave no lint or dust, and don’t scratch.  The only downside is they tend to accumulate dust and debris which is difficult to remove even with washing. Do not wash them in soap or fabric conditioner, these contain oil that will clog the cloth even more. Just use a small amount of your regular dish detergent.

WARNING Do not be tempted to use them on your TV’s. Unseen dust particles in the cloth will damage the screen. For TV’s iPad &Tablets use only the cloth provided by the manufacturer.

#3 Extending Dust Catcher:  Great for dusting in irregular places and on flat surfaces. With extendable handles, you will be able to reach up to door frames and ceiling corners, as well as down to baseboards and pieces of furniture. They do not leave behind feathers but do require some maintenance and washing to keep them functioning well.
